2022 PRICES

We have decided to do things differently here starting this year. We will no longer allow breeding rights with every litter we produce. Only certain females will be used for litters whose puppies can be sold with breeding rights. The remaining females will only be bred for pet home only litters. All prior contracts will still be honored.

Pet home puppies will range from $2,500-$3,000 and will include a spay/neuter contract. AKC papers and microchips will not be turned over until proof of spay/neuter is received

.

Puppies sold with breeding rights will start at $3,500 and up depending on quality, pedigree, and more.

All puppies come up to date on shots, deworming, a lifetime microchip, 2 year health guarantee, vet records, contract, puppy pack and AKC papers. All parents are genetically health tested.

Deposit of 500 to hold a pet home puppy.

Any puppy with breeding rights requires a deposit of $1,000.

All puppies will also come with the same UTD shots, deworming, lifetime microchip, 1 year health guarantee, puppy pack and AKC papers. All puppies will leave at 12 weeks old, or older depending on the health needs of the individual puppy, as they are very susceptible to hypoglycemia and I prefer to keep them a tad longer to ensure their health before leaving. These are smaller Yorkies. Most of my girls are 4 lbs, and one is in the 3lb range.

Standard color Males are $2,000 pet home and $2,500 breeding home.

Standard color Females are $2,500 pet home and $3,000 breeding home.

As always, we work with transporters and flight nannies. We will have parti and black starting the end of 2022. Both of these will start at $3,000 and up.
